Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers are requested to carefully inspect their order at the time of delivery.
If an item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the issue must
be reported on the same day of delivery. To raise a valid claim, customers must email
us complete order details along with clear photos and videos of the product and
outer packaging as received. Claims reported after the delivery day or without
proper visual proof may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, edible and perishable items are
strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. An exception is made only if such items
are found to be spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery and are reported with
proper evidence within the required time frame.
Change of Mind Returns
Since most of our hampers are customized and prepared specifically for each order,
returns or refunds based on a change of mind are generally not accepted. This includes
personal preferences, taste choices, or gifting decisions after order confirmation.
However, in rare and compassionate circumstances, such requests may be considered
solely at the discretion of Happiness Factory through direct communication with
our support team.
